Olson's PTO is a volunteer organization that supports our school through fundraising programs, special
events, teacher appreciation, and more! We are currently planning for several exciting programs for the 2011-12 School
Year. This includes the 2nd Annual Mustang March, Community Family Nights, Book Fairs, a Spring Fun Fair, Teacher Apprecation
activities, Spirit Wear orders and more! We also provide key funding and support for Olson's Character
Education Program, the school's Reading Challenge, and numerous student enrichment programs.
During the 2010-11 School Year, Olson's PTO provided students and teachers with Student Assignment
Notebooks, Scholastic News, Time for Kids magazines, a field trip for each grade, school-wide assemblies, teacher appreciation
gifts and luncheons, a projector and large screen for the gym, ISAT snacks, Field Day Awards and much more!
We thrive on support and involvement from all of the families and parents at Olson! As
a parent, guardian, or teacher, you are automatically a member of the PTO. We encourage each family at
Olson to volunteer at least two hours of time and talent with the PTO during each school year.
